Ol mad | Authentic Sulphur Springs Dining with Craft Beer & Live Music

What a wonderful experience start to finish. Our waitress Maleah was incredible, food was fantastic, atmosphere was open and inviting. We are glad we found this place and suggest you stop by, even if you are just passing through. One of the best in Hopkins County.

Ol mad is Sulphur Springs greatest kept secret! It's located a little bit off of the square. But, it's got awesome food that is absolutely delicious! Everything my wife and I tried from the menu was great! We were very pleased with all of our appetizers and desserts also! Our server Alyssa was very friendly, attentive and helpful in making recommendations from the menu. The drinks from the bar were good and the beer which is brewed on site was awesome! The atmosphere of the place is unique as it was an old ice house converted into a restaurant. So, the decor is a little rustic but really nice. The live music that they had playing on stage was awesome as well. So, I would highly recommend Ol mad to anyone who is looking for a place to spend an wonderful time enjoying great food, drinks and awesome friendly service. My wife and I will most definitely be going back several times!!

Food, service, and music were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our food on this visit. CFS was a thin sliced steak (sirloin?) with a brown gravy, served with a mash and typically greens. All had good flavor and the portions were ample. Could cut steak with just a fork. Kids chicken strips were made with a tender and moist piece of chicken breast. Fries were all fried crispy and the cracked pepper fries had loads of flavor too. Cheese curds had some garlic in them and the flavor was outstanding. They have a brewery on-site, and the bathroom was themed accordingly. Music was great, heard mostly 90s country (the last great country music). Prices were very reasonable at $10-20 for a plate, and both our appetizers were $5/each. We will return and enjoy again soon.

Delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and great prices! Everything was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. This was our first visit to Ol Mad in Sulphur Springs and we will definitely be back!

Walking in I wasn't really sure what to expect, but I was greeted with a smile and I felt very welcomed. The spinach dip tasted great and the shrimp and grits were also very good. I had a drink that was very unique but very good. I cannot remember the name of it, but it was with ginger beer, cinnamon and I think a bourbon. I would surely try this place out

Why have we never gone to this amazing place? The food and environment was fantastic! The true was our waitress Maleah! She had great recommendations! Its a true treasure in SS. Give it a try! They have all different types of seating as well. Its absolute fantastic!

Nice selection of different types of food, beer, and coctails. This place is a good choice for a group with diverse tasty so that everyone can select a dish of their choice, wether it's a burger or veggie dish.
